Thomas Curtin was publisher and senior vice president of Bridal Guide Magazine, the leading source of information for engaged couples on the full scope of wedding-related topics. Curtin joined Bridal Guide in 1996 as vice president and associate publisher, travel advertising. Curtin was been instrumental in the creation of Bridal Guide’s enormously successful “Honeymoon Guides” for American Airlines, Eastern Airlines, The Hawaii Visitors Bureau, The United States Travel & Tourism Administration, Marriott Corporation, Mexico, The Poconos, United Airlines, Tahiti, and Visit Florida among others. Today, Mr.Curtin is now the Special Travel Advisor to Bridal Guide Magazine, and he is a Partner in Honeymoons.com; a website found atop millions of others on search engines like Google & Yahoo.
Prior to Bridal Guide, Curtin held executive level positions at American Airlines where he was Manager of International Tour Marketing; Thomas Cook International, where he served as Director of Regional Operations, managing eight of their largest retail offices on the east coast; and at Braniff Airways where he was Vice President Worldwide Sales, overseeing the airline’s Asian, Latin American, European and Domestic U.S. sales efforts.
Curtin is a contributing writer and member of the Association of Travel Marketing Executives. Other memberships include the Wings Club in New York, the Pacific Asia Travel Association – where he served on the board of directors, the Hawaii Convention and Visitors Bureau, the Caribbean Hotel Association, and the Travel Industry Association. He also delivers speeches around the globe at ASTA Conventions and Travel Industry Association Meetings.
Curtin lives in Wilton, Connecticut with his wife and daughter
